ToeGrip® Classic

First Hammer Toe PEEK

The ToeGrip® Classic implant consists of a single part implant with three flexible intramedullary prongs inserted into each part of the phalanx. The prongs are attached by a T-shaped
structure. The attachment concept is based on a press-fit contact due to its tapered shape and the macrostructures
solidly anchored once impacted, thus avoiding any displacement of the implant.

The ToeGrip® Classic implant is intended for single use only and is available in a range of 5 sizes with 3 possible angulations: 0°, 10° or 20°.

ToeGrip® Evo

Anatomically adapted based on the experience of over ToeGrip® Classic

The ToeGrip® EVO implant consists of a single part implant with three flexible intramedullary prongs on each side. The prongs are inserted into each the proximal and distal phalanx.
The prongs are connected by a cylindrical structure with a sagittal height offset between the proximal and distal phalanx to mimic the toe anatomy.

The device anchorage relies on a press-fit contact that is supported by its tapered shape and the macrostructure, which solidly anchored once impacted.

Primary stability and avoiding any displacement are key points for a successful bone consolidation.

EXray®20

Snap-off Threaded pin

EXRAY® 20 snap-off threaded pin has been developed as a resectable peek pin. The seat of the implant is prepared with a 2 mm drill. The pin consists of a trocar tip, a threaded portion and a
portion with a narrower diameter that can be connected to a power tool.

The EXRAY® 20 has a non-compressive Ø2.5mm continuous thread. The 3 markings are positioned at 15 mm, 20 mm and 25 mm.
The full length of the thread is 30 mm. Once implanted, the excess length is removed with a saw blade.
EXRAY® 20 snap-off threaded pins are manufactured in PEEK as per standard ASTM F2026.

  • Simple preparation
  • Variable screw length
  • Used to support stabilization of osteotomies
  • Simplified revision
  • PEEK threaded pins are radiolucent
  • The elasticity modulus is close to the one of bone

EXray® 30

PEEK headless cannulated compressive screws for small fragments

EXRAY® 30 compression screws have a core diameter of 2 mm and an outer diameter of 3 mm.
The screw is prepared with a 2 mm drill bit and subsequently with a tap to optimize its proper
anchorage.
The EXRAY® 30 compression screw is available in sizes from 13 mm to 31 mm.
EXRAY® 30 screws are manufactured in PEEK as per standard ASTM F2026.

  • Ø3,0mm Peek cannulated headless compressive screws
  • PEEK screws are radiolucent
  • The elasticity modulus is close to bone
  • Drilling and tapping are mandatory
  • Preparation first cortical is mandatory
  • Hexalobe T7
