Basal Osteotomy / Open Wedge
The Basal Osteotomy plates come in left and right configurations and are only 1mm thick to accommodate the limitations of the soft tissue envelope of the medial column.
Three wedge sizes allow a range of opening angles, whereas the 0mm (no wedge) plate facilitates the fixation of closing osteotomies. All screw holes allow usage of Ø3mm or Ø3.5mm, locking and non-locking screws.
Basal Osteotomy / Open Wedge
The Basal Osteotomy plates come in left and right configurations and are only 1.0mm thick to accommodate the limitations of the soft tissue envelope of the medial column.

Low profile design > Plate thickness optimized according to the indications to limit subcutaneous discomfort.
Standard compression hole:
- Accomodates with 3 non-locking screws
- Delivers 1.5 mm of additional compression
- Corresponds to areas with high bone density
Threaded holes:
For locking or non-locking 3 or 3.5 mm screws

Monoaxial & Polyaxial System
The Airlock® Ø3mm and Ø3.5mm locking and non-locking screws may be used in all Airlock plate fixation threaded holes. However the standard compression hole only accomodate Ø3mm non-locking screws, and the Presslock® compression hole only accomodate Ø3.5mm locking screws.
- Monoaxial locking screws
- Polyaxial non-locking screws
- Tapered head
- Self-tapping design
- Self-retaining driver / screw interface
Compression Screws
Additional compression can be achieved with a combined Nexis Ø4mm headless compression screw, beveled PECA Compressive Ø4mm screw, or Nexis Ø5mm headless compression screw.
All instrumentation is conveniently organized and color coded.
